Monitoo does not collect sensitive or directly identifiable civil data (such as CPF, government ID, driver’s license, address, personal email, or bank details).
The only data collected is technical and operational, including:
Operating system username
Device IP address
Login, logout, and screen lock timestamps
Names and timestamps of accessed files, websites, and applications
Productivity data generated automatically based on criteria set by the client
This data is linked to the monitored corporate device and does not include personal information typed on websites, emails, or messages.

The data is processed exclusively to provide the contracting company with technical reports on the professional activity of users on corporate devices, focusing on:

4. Legal basis
Data processing is based on the following legal grounds under the LGPD:

5. International data transfers
Collected data may be processed and stored in secure cloud infrastructure. 1. Definitions

Client: Legal entity that contracts Monitoo
User: Individual authorized by the client to use the monitored devices or access the admin dashboard
Admin Dashboard: Web interface used by managers to view technical data
2. Purpose of the service
Monitoo provides reports on usage, productivity, and digital behavior on corporate workstations, focused on:
Productivity analysis
Information security
Team management support
Internal policy compliance
Monitoo is not intended for use on personal devices or for any illegal or extracontractual purposes.
3. Permitted use
The client may:
Install Monitoo on corporate devices they own or are responsible for
Access the dashboard to view collected data
Configure monitoring profiles according to applicable legislation
4. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to:
Use Monitoo to violate employee privacy
Decompile, copy, modify, or redistribute the software without authorization
Use collected data outside the scope allowed by law or contract
Install Monitoo on unauthorized devices or for personal surveillance
5. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Inform users of the monitoring, as required by the LGPD
Use the system ethically and legally
Protect dashboard login credentials
Immediately report any misuse or suspected violation
6. Limitation of liability
BMF Tecnologia is only responsible for data processed directly through its platform in a secure environment. It is not responsible for:
Improper use of the system by the client
Configuration or installation errors
Misinterpretation of reports or data
Third-party service interruptions (e.g., cloud, internet)
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, source code, databases, and system structure of Monitoo are the exclusive property of BMF Tecnologia da Informação LTDA. Reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
8. Technical support

9. Cancellation and termination
The client’s account may be suspended or terminated if:
These Terms are violated
The system is used improperly or illegally
The commercial agreement is terminated
